Exceptional
Host was great upon meeting us on arrival and explaining how to get in and out. Provided a super detailed map with great explanations of the city and spots to visit and eat, really great host! Location was great, walking distance to Colosseum and local sites was very convenient. Great cozy room and great bathroom too.

To fell like locals in Rome
We have loved to this property and have decided to stay here every time once in Rome. The location is super, you can hear bells of Santa Maggiore by mornings, and, if fortunate, the perfect piano music from one of the neighbor-musician. We highly recommend this place to everyone, who want to feel themselves like local citizens during trip to Rome.

Pleasant and comfortable stay in the heart of Rome
Good location. Quite, even with a.c. on. Pleasant owners. Plenty of restaurants nearby for breakfast and dinner. Only a couple blocks away from rail terminus.

Wonderful stay with the best service
This was a wonderful stay. The location was great, only a 5 minute work from Rome Termini and 15 minutes to the Colosseum. The room was perfect and a great size. By far the best part of our stay was the service we received. Consuelo was amazing and looked after us from the moment of booking. Everything was straight forward and the recommendations were excellent.
